JHEverson Consulting will help you to create a technically credible proposal with a roadmap to commercialization following these steps:

  1. Technology assessment
  2. Client team review
  3. Commercialization roadmap
  4. Fast Track process and Phase II Enhancement

This proposal process is based on SBIR and STTR requirements and JHEverson Consulting’s broad technical experience and business-development success within and outside the SBIR and STTR programs. The process consists of an initial client meeting followed by a technology assessment of your innovation, a review of your team, and developing a commercialization roadmap.

Following this process will lead to higher proposal evaluation scores and possibly an invitation to participate in the Fast Track program for a Phase I proposal, setting the stage for a Phase II enhancement. The Fast Track provides additional funding ($50,000 to $70,000 from the U.S. Department of Defense) and expedited processing for a Phase II proposal evaluation, while Phase II enhancement leads to additional funding and time for program completion.
